How it ships
Carefully packed by hand, in a pouch inside a box, and posted from our studio in Ukraine.
10 to 15 business days to most of the United States. You get a tracking number the moment it leaves us, and it keeps working the whole way there.

- Flat $10 below that

Changed your mind
Thirty days to send it back, no drama and no questions. Unworn, in its pouch, with the box it came in.
Write to us first and we will tell you where to send it.
If something is wrong
If a piece arrives broken, or breaks in normal wear within 30 days, that is on us — tell us and send a photo. We replace it or refund it, and we pay the postage.
