Carefully packed by hand, in a pouch inside a box, and posted from our studio in Ukraine as a tracked international packet.

Usually 7 to 14 business days to most of the United States; allow up to three weeks in December. You get a tracking number the moment it leaves us, and it keeps working the whole way there.

Nothing to pay on arrival — import duty is settled by us when we post it.

Thirty days to send it back, no drama and no questions. Unworn, in its pouch, with the box it came in.

Write to us first and we will tell you where to send it. Returns travel back to our studio in Ukraine, so when you change your mind the return postage is yours. If something arrived wrong or broken, a photo is enough and nothing needs to go back.

If a piece arrives broken, or breaks in normal wear within 30 days, that is on us — tell us and send a photo. We replace it or refund it, and nothing needs to be posted back.
