Where we ship

Taton ships within the United States. We are not shipping internationally yet.

What it costs

Flat $10 on every order. Free on orders over $100.

How it travels

Each piece is packed by hand in our studio in Ukraine and posted as a tracked international packet with Ukrposhta, the Ukrainian postal service. In the United States the last leg is carried by DHL eCommerce and your local post office.

How long it takes

Usually 7 to 14 business days from the day it leaves us. Allow up to three weeks in December and around US holidays. Orders leave our studio within 1 to 2 business days.

Nothing to pay on arrival

US import duty is calculated and paid by us when we post the parcel, so the price at checkout is the whole price. Nobody will ask you for money at the door.

Tracking

You get a tracking number the moment your parcel leaves us. It works on track.ukrposhta.ua from the first scan, and on USPS tracking once the parcel is in the United States.

If something goes wrong

If your tracking has not moved in ten business days, write to us at hello@tatonjewelry.com and we will chase it. If a parcel is lost in transit we will replace it or refund it — your choice.
