Shipping policy

Where we ship

Taton ships within the United States. We are not shipping internationally yet.

What it costs

Flat $10 on every order. Free on orders over $100.

How long it takes

10 to 15 business days. Each piece is packed by hand in our studio in Ukraine, then flown to our US facility and delivered by a domestic carrier — so the first part of the journey is the long part, and the last part is quick.

When we dispatch

Orders leave our studio within 1 to 2 business days. The 10 to 15 days above begins from there.

Tracking

You get a tracking number as soon as your parcel leaves us, and it keeps working the whole way to your door.

If something goes wrong

If your tracking has not moved in ten business days, write to us at hello@tatonjewelry.com and we will chase it. If a parcel is lost in transit we will replace it or refund it — your choice.
